This was a frustrating recession that I wanted to harm the dorm residents in the Sonnenburg. I would therefore like to sincerely apologize to the Staff Roma Restaurant.

I was skeptical at first, but completely convinced of the pizza. The delivery is very fast, the pizza is fresh and hot when it arrives and the prices are unbeatable.

It's a shame if you only want 1 pizza to be delivered, first you have to ask the boss whether the pizza can be delivered 5km away. And that right away with the first order. Is not exactly customer friendly. Then someone else gets the money.

We ordered from Lieferando and paid via PayPal (great!). The food tasted very good, everyone got what they wanted, the staff and the driver were very nice. We are deducting one star because the order took a little longer than the specified hour (+20 min). But when asked, they responded in a friendly manner. We didn't think that was a problem.

Very bad! One would think that in the Corona period only the bars with a good hygiene concept were allowed to open, but we didn't expect anything like that! The tables were not cleaned by previous visitors. The waitress was without a mask! We could see the kitchen from our place and watch how the cook prepared the food without mask and gloves. I cannot recommend the pizzeria at all! Are the bars checked at all ?! Incomprehensible!

Bad! Not recommendable!! When ordering over the phone, I had to talk to two different men. After saying my address several times, they still didn't understand anything! After an hour they called again and I should send them my address by message. The previously mentioned delivery time of 1 hour became 2 hours. Food was cold and it was not labeled which was with hot sauce and which was not. Very bad service !!! Driver and the two men understood almost nothing!

Since it's a small place, please be so fair and wait a little longer to eat ... I think if I were to live, I would even go out for dinner personally! Ordering there is not easy, I experienced myself eating there. There are several chefs in the kitchen who are always eager to get everything fresh and are very careful about cleanliness, good results need your time. And then the delivery, well ... as I have seen you have to drive through several places and secondary towns, so yes b deliver by drivers and the drive back. I think if you live in such a smaller place yourself, you have to have something to understand or eat in person. The only thing I would say to the operator is that he really uses chicken as a chicken and not chicken döner from the skewer, then I think that would have to be described as well. Everything else super!

We were there on a Sunday at the best time and have eaten two pizzas. The place looks very nice and clean at first glance. In detail, you can see that some areas are not very good. A socket hangs out, lamps are missing and stuck on the window glass unclean window film. The service came quickly to us at the table and was very nice and friendly. We ordered a small pizza spinach and a big Hawaii. The in the electr. Oven-baked pizzas looked visually good and both tastes ok. A pizza that you can eat well, but not very outstanding. Price top.
